Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Remove these files:

  • AdvancedHookV.dll
  • ScriptHookV.dll
  • ELS.asi (not sure, but you might as well remove it because FiveM doesn’t support it.)
  • TrainerV.asi (you should move this to your FiveM folder)

Next go to steam and verify your GTA V game files.
Then delete your caches.xml file in your FiveM application data folder and start FiveM.

In that case reinstall gta v completely and reinstall fivem
