Fivem launches in small window and doesn't work

There’s an issue at the start. Fivem launches 9/10 times in a small window (look at my screenshot). When it launches like this, FiveM doesn’t work. Can you help me?

**Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?**no

I tried to change things in compatibility in the fiveM icon properties. I tried to start it from steam or window and sometimes it worked
