Fivem laginng on launch

When I start to start with five and until I enter a server, the whole time it keeps giving me five. What could it be, nothing crashes for me, on the servers I have 90+ fps on very high settings, it started happening to me when I reinstalled gta, I had to reinstall it because I had problems with graphics and files. I also tried to reinstall fivem but still the same

GTA V version: 1.60 - reinstalled 3 day ago and started geting problem

Legit or Pirate copy: lefgit
Purchased where - Steam/Rockstar Launcher/Epic: epic
Windows version: 11
Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again? yes
System specifications: ryzen 5 3600, geforce gtx 1660 pro,16gb ram,700w power
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes
