FiveM Keeps freezing and crashing ( pls help me solve this)

**Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again? No
**System specifications: I dont know
**CitizenFX crash zip file (‘Save information’ on a crash):i have a crash Exception Unhandled and nui core.dll unknown
**logs/CitizenFX_log files: idk what is this
**.dmp files/report IDs: I have a lot of them

**What is the issue you’re having? im enter A server on FiveM and then i play for 10 seconds and it freezes and crashes
