Fivem keeps crashing when I'm in game for no apparent reason

Tried to first clear cache, when that didn’t work I verified gta file and reinstalled fivem

What did you do to get this issue?
Practically anything, if I stand afk or drive at 150mph, the game still crashes at random intervals
What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
