fivem keeps crashing when i start it up

Up to date: yes
Legit or Pirate copy: legit
Purchased where - Steam/Rockstar Launcher/Epic: steam
Windows version: windows 10
Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again? yes doesnt change anything
System specifications: 16 gb of ram a 1650 video card and the rest idk but it doesnt matter bcs fivem worked 2 days ago but i uninstalled it and installed it again

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

What is the issue you’re having? it crashes when i launch fivem

What are you trying to do? just play

What have you tried already to fix the issue? remove content_index.xml

Error screenshot (if any): i already sen the crashdump file i get like an cross in a circle the standard crash

What did you do to get this issue? uninstall and install the game
