My computer has 16G of ram on it but FiveM is only using 4G. This is slowing down my game and making it to where I cant increase the “Extended Texture Budget” setting so things will load in on servers. How do I increase the amount of ram FiveM uses?

I think you are mixing system memory and GPU memory here.

This is why its important to fill out the support template, you probably have a videocard that only has 4GB of vram and as a side note, you generally do not want to increase your extended texture budget.
