FiveM is broken

The latest version of GTA V, steam, latest Windows version, I tried deleting anything with “fivem” in its name, screenshot below, the system is sufficient, I’m not really sure, but after an update.

If an issue with starting:
Unmodified version
War Arena update state
C:\Users*User*\AppData\Local\FiveM
FiveM client folder screenshot lower
Yep

FiveM is stuck on this screen:

Restarting FiveM doesn’t work, reinstalled FiveM over 10 times (clean installation), even reinstalled GTA V

You sure you did it right? What GPU do you have? It should work

I do have a laptop, I got GTX 970M, ran it before perfectly but smh happen and it does that now, I followed the steps step by step
