Fivem installer downloads all its files and shortcuts in the place where the installer is. I think it should install in the appdata file

If you were to read the wiki found here… You’d know that it says:

Create a new, separate folder for your FiveM installation. This folder must be located outside of the “Grand Theft Auto V” directory.

This is because FiveM will install the contents needed in that folder…

can i create a new five m folder and move all the content over there or is there a problem moving the files? my friend told me don t move it, it can mess with the files location . can i move it ?
