FiveM installation problem. Need help

Need help with installing FiveM. Tried multiple times.

GTA V version? Latest.
Up to date? Yep.
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit.
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam purchase.
Windows version? Win10.
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Doesn’t even exist.

System specifications i5-8300H 2.30Ghz, GTX1050, 8GB RAM, 256GB M.2 SSD + 1TB HDD
What did you do to get this issue? Attempted to install FiveM.
What server did you get this issue on? N/A.

Important: The install continues on to updating the game cache when I got another error which I encounter always but always %25 through the update.
