FiveM Fatal Error

FiveM has encountered an error

Failed a request in ResourceCacheDevice::EnsureFetched for resource.rpf (origin http://IP::30126/files/loadingscreen/resource.rpf) error result WinHttpRecieveResponse failed with error code ERROR_WINHTTP_TIMEOUT

I post here for immediate support.
If it isnt this error its another. like “failed handshake” and another I dont remember, this one, resource.rpf error, shows almost every time I try and connect to A server.

In short: fiveM crashes everytime I attempt to load a server.

Any ideas?

I have tried reinstalling FiveM and GTA V and it did not help.

Thank you!

I’d advice to uninstall the av, since Bitdefender isn’t that great anyway. It’s known for it’s false-positives.

Thank you for your respond, Boss!

I like Bitdefender and it hasn’t let me down until now. I will not uninstall it since it was quite expensive and had excellent reviews.
However I updated to my OS to the creators update and temporarily disabled the firewall on bitdefender and it seems like I can join servers again.

Although, I cannot join the one I actually installed FiveM for.
This server is super popular and is often packed but the error I recieve is not because of the server capacity, I believe.
This is what I get when trying to join.

Might be a problem on their end… try to get in touch with the server owners.

Look through the Server Adverts forums, they might have a post there containing their Discord or whatever.
