Try removing ScriptHookV.dll and dinput8.dll from your GTA V folder. FiveM already comes with a verison of scripthook and asi loader.

Did you try doing what the error message says? If so, try to open VANILLA Grand Theft Auto V, make sure it full loads, then go back and try to open FiveM.

Vanilla just means without mods. AKA Normal Grand Theft Auto V, No Mods.
