What did you do to get this issue? Queued for a game on NoPixel
What server did you get this issue on? NoPixel
Also add what you already tried so far.
I have tried reinstalling both launchers.
When I start FiveM through the NoPixel Launcher, all seems well. I get in the queue, time starts counting and the queue counts my place in line. This happens for about an hour or two. Then it will freeze. The time will stop counting and I will no longer get updates on the queue placement. I have been unable to get into the server on this PC.
I talked to NoPixel about this and they said it was a FiveM issue and you may be able to help me out here. Thanks in advance.

Any log/dmp file or even screenshot ? Need more informations to help you fix issue
Here’s a screenshot of it frozen. How would you like me to get a dmp or a log? I did a dmp file but it’s 3.31GB which seems huge to me.

We can’t solve this without information and collaboration from the server owner. Tell them to contact us about whatever issue and not send random users who don’t have access to anything here for some “it’s not our problem”.

If you could point me at instruction as to which DMP or LOG you need I’d be happy do do it. Looking at the tech supp template I don’t see anything like this. I just had it freeze again at 3 1/2 hours and I checked the individual processes and they look like this.
re-read what he said above.
First guy said to get a dmp or log which is why I asked. I am trying to raise the NoPixel people as well.
I emailed you guys with wireshark pcaps from the server and client + contact information a couple days ago.
We don’t seem to have received any of these - which email alias did you send it to and from what email address did said message originate?

It was sent to pr@fivem.net, that was the only one I could find, sorry if it’s the wrong one. And it was sent from Hintonnick76@live.com
Ah, right, they’re there indeed. This alias receives a lot of emails (~200/day) and any human-sent emails are typically not going to be seen right away without external notification.

OK, as expected, this happens when the long-polling TCP/HTTP connection gets closed for… some reason. It’s a good question as to if/how this can be detected and how re-establishment of the session should work - it feels like this will require at least a server change to not consider a retry as a ‘new’ connection attempt, and some built-in grace period to actually remove people canceling/timing out.
(‘some reason’ in this case seems to be an intermittent loss of connectivity leading to the TCP stack on the server sending a RST due to missing ACKs for some time - seemingly at least 20 seconds, which begs the question of ‘how long should the grace period be’)

Is there anything you need me to run to maybe help with any of this? Would be happy to help if it helps your end of troubleshooting.
