What are you trying to do:
turning off literally everything in the background
various guides on how to improve the optimization of fivem and windows
reinstallation of fivem and gta
**What did you do to get this issue: **
It’s hard to say, but it seems to me that it occurs most at the moment when I move a vehicle around the city

You should try to play around with your in game settings perhaps, turn MSAA and FXAA completely off. I also used to get freezes in my server, that was because my CPU spikes to 100%. So I played around with my settings and it seems to be better now that I turned MSAA completely off. But that’s just for me, your problem could be something else.
have to seen his/her pc specs? I doubt thats the problem , its also just that one server the server prolly lacks optimization? I don’t know but best to luck fixing the problem .
obs64.exe seems to be holding the Windows ‘UserCrit’ for a very long time during these hangs. Try changing something there, for example closing any complex windows that application opens.
Is this the only server you stream? If not, do other servers usually have lower FPS?
I’m indeed seeing a similar case (albeit less bad) of contention on win32kbase.sys!EnterCrit, though this time on mouse moves.
A few potential scenarios here:
Mouse is set to a very high polling rate (potentially way above 1 kHz).
Another background process is leading to hangs, such as:
Rainmeter.exe
MedalEncoder.exe
steam.exe
explorer.exe/other Windows components
What also confuses me is that these hangs don’t directly trigger the ‘slow system performance’ warning at this point. There’s also a weird case of the game’s loop to increment/decrement the Windows cursor reference count running a lot more than usual, but the cause of that is unclear.
my mouse is rival 310 DPI, which I have set to 800 2. Rainmeter and the medal were also turned off at various attempts, but unfortunately it did not do anything. I will not turn off the last 2 (I need Steam to enter the server. And Explorer is a system thing) if you need it, without the first 2 programs, I can generate this file
