Why have you put it on your desktop, put these files in a folder in documents or a different place, as for your concern try reinstalling or verifying your GTA V folder. can you start GTA V normally, if so just try reinstalling FiveM again and then see what it does.

Does your username have any special characters (letters with accents, for example)?
that is true holmium i didnt look at the code at the top that could be the reason. try changing your username to something that doesnt have special characters in it

is your gta up to date, also if you could maybe try and reinstall GTA V with no mods to it or anything if not go to higher support
reinstall GTA 5 with no mods dosnt work

I have the same problem but my GtaV is installed with a CD or the social club i dont remember what is better CD or social club ?
