Up to date: Yes
Legit or Pirate copy: Legit
Purchased where - Steam/Rockstar Launcher/Epic: Epic
Windows version: Windows 11 home 22H2
Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again?: Yes, but nothing changed
System specifications: Intel Core i5-10400@2.90GHz, 16GB(8GB×2) RAM GTX 1660 SUPER
CitizenFX crash zip file (‘Save information’ on a crash): No crash

logs/CitizenFX_log files: There are 12 logs in my file. But I can’t post all because of the link post limit

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?: Norton 360
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?: No(I can’t disable that), but it looks like just checking files safety.

Important parts

What is the issue you’re having?
Installing FiveM are success, but Application isn’t launch (sometime ‘Launching’ windows appears but it close for a moment, or Rockstar Games Launcher requested me every time to sign in)

And Epic games also says ‘GTAV is Running’ , but there is no application.

Set Graphic to ‘High performance’
Check both Rockstar and Epic Games account are same
Open FiveM while launching GTAV (From this movie)
Use compatibility mode (From this movie)

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
I can’t answering that because FiveM isn’t launch.

I had played LSPDFR Mod before, but I uninstalled it and I can play GTA Online, so I don’t think these mods are conflict.

My FiveM is move suddenly, so this problem are solved now. (Not ‘fixed’, so I observe this situation.)

I found something that worked.

go to …/appdata/local/Rockstar Games and change the folder named launcher to GTA V and then try it again

Oh, sorry this is my lack of explanation.
Yes, I can play normal GTAV, so I can play GTA Online too.

Now, I can play FiveM (maybe it’s cause of my pc’s spec) but it’s not ‘fixed’ yet I think, so I try your advice when these problems are occurred again.
