SSD 480GB+1.5GB HDD What did you do to get this issue? I try to install FiveM for the first time. It make an Update of 1.97MB and Nothing happen.
**What server did you get this issue on?**No one CitizenFX.log file .dmp files/report IDs
Also add what you already tried so far.
I try to delete any file of FiveM so far, I try to install without Antivirus.

Okay, I find the problem:
The .exe was in a wrong folder (C:\Users\Maxime\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\TempState\Downloads).
So I move the .exe on my desktop and execute him. It work !
