What did you do to get this issue? I just started FiveM one day and it started to happend

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes, i even tried a new anti virus program

Also add what you already tried so far. - New anti-virus program, reinstall computer, delete cashe and try again, reinstall fivem, verifierd the GTA 5 files

dowloading i have 247 mbit/s and uppload i have 90.00 mbit/s so it cant be the internet?

then its the server… and you could still be getting packet loss which would not show during a speed test.
