What did you do to get this issue? Just open the fiveM and error just open
What server did you get this issue on? cant open the fivem

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Windows defender do the job

I have not seen that splash screen in forever, what version are you trying to use? If it’s really old, maybe uninstall and re-install?
