Fivem Error right before fully loading into server

i7-7700HQ CPU
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
**What did you do to get this issue? Nothing that I know of, tried to join my regular server that i have done many times before and it gave me this error.
**What server did you get this issue on? Project Homecoming. I have tried other servers as well and get the same error. Which is why I believe it is a Fivem problem rather then a server problem.

I have done the basics like restarting my computer and reinstalling Fivem. Any tips, suggestions, or solutions will be appreciated.
Edit: I have not downloaded any other mods for GTA V besides Fivem itself.

I believe I had similar error like this, have you edited any maps or textures recently with OpenIV?

I have not. Is there possibly a way to check to see if something did change or a way to reset?
