Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.
reinstall fiveM; install nvd3d9wrapx.dll

I think this is caused by you account name: 赔沐龛閈

Try making an account without special character.

It might be a longshot, but I’ve seen people who had isses with FiveM because they used a cyrilic account name.

This is a crash in the NVIDIA laptop GPU drivers, report it to them. As they won’t reply most likely, you’re probably SOL.
