FiveM doesn't start anymore and gives me the "Launch with PlayGTAV.exe" error

After today’s GTA 5 Update, FiveM doesn’t start anymore, showing the error “Please launch GTA V using PlayGTAV.exe”.
Template Answers:
GTA V version? Latest (Updated today).
Up to date? Yes.
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit.
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam.
Windows version? W10 Pro (Version 10.0.17763)
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes.

System specifications i7 4790k, 16GB RAM, GTX 1060.
What did you do to get this issue? Update GTA 5?
What server did you get this issue on? I got it while trying to launch FiveM.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Tried updating everything, turning off my Anti-Virus (Windows Defender), and deleting the whole contents of the Cache folder.

Update:
A full re-install on a different folder has fixed the issue fully.
No further help is needed.
