Im trying to join my local server, but everything I reach the part “starting game” It just freezes for 2 minutes and then crashes

Im only having these problems when joining my local server, I have to servers, one with ESX and other with Qbus core, both of them crashes 2 minutes after loading (exactly on the part where game starting)
