Upon joining ANY server the world loads in very slowly, even not fully loading and after maybe 30 seconds at the most the game crashes without any error popping up on screen.
He went to bed with it working then woke up (no updates or anything noticable changed) and it just didn’t work
It is not running in the background either. this has been happening for about 3 weeks now and i cant think of anything else to do.
Previously it was working flawlessly for just over a month before this problem occurred. When he first had this problem he stopped playing Fivem for 1 day then tried again (without changing or deleting anything) and it worked but 3 days later it happened again and is now a permanent thing.
Also not sure if this is valid but fivem only installs to where it was downloaded to now instead of how it use to work before the problem, when it would install itself to local appdata he now has to make a folder there to install it.
Sorry for the lack of folder screen shots for now. i will upload them when i get them later.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Yes as well as redoing firewall rules over and over again
Also add what you already tried so far.
Verifying GTA V through steam over 2 dozen times now, up to 5 times in a row just to make sure but it never failed
deleted cache.xml, deleted the whole cache folder, deleted everything five m from the PC then ran ccleaner, manually searched for anything to do with five m and removed it.
Tried repairing windows, used a windows backup from before the five m crashes started.
Waited for windows to update, waited for fivem to update, updated all drivers rolled back all drivers to previous versions (now running latest drivers again)
Checked for all possible problems on the PC but there is none and fivem is the only program having this issue.
I’m sure there’s things i have tried that i haven’t written down, 3 weeks is plenty of time to forget things
