I will need to know your system specifications - namely, CPU, GPU, how much RAM you have ‘on board’ as well as much space you have on the drive you are using to host FiveM and GTAV. You can use this tool that will conventiently display all of that for you, if you dont know where to look by default:

Let us know of those details and I (or someone else) will assist further.

Sorry I forgot i Updated please check if you can help me.

Okay, thank you for updating it.
As a first step, I suggest you close ALL applications running in the background besides FiveM (such as Discord, browsers, music players…). You may also use Razer Cortex to assist with that. I do suggest you use CCleaner to clear your system of junk, too. After doing that, try playing.
Let me know whether this helps.

After fivem update everything fine thanks Bro <3
