I have had a similar probelm, every time i tried to join a Onesync server i kept getting a similar error.
I Fixed it by Deleting CitizenFx folder in Saved Games,
go to “C:\Users\USERNAME\Saved Games” in here delete the CitizenFX folder and then just Start FiveM.

For the textures, try to set the texture quality to normal, this sould prevent the disappearing textures for most players.

Delete caches.xml and CitizenFX.ini and launch fivem and if its still freezing try reinstalling fivem i know its annoying but its a way to fix ur issue
