FiveM crashes and comes up with this error message as soon as i load into the server

Play a server
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
deleted citizenFX file, changed channel settings, deleted fivem and reinstalled

tried to load the server but it comes up with the error message 5 seconds on the server loading screen.
