I was able to sniff out the problem no thanks to anybody in the community. It only took 3 days of frustration and anger. The problem was simple and something I never thought would be an issue with FiveM. I run a dual monitor setup, and While My screens were set up to mirror eachother, the menu would cause FiveM to crash, when I switched to extending the desktop, it Quit crashing.
