FiveM crashes on every server - indigo-monkey-quiet / fivem.exe+101C

What is the issue you’re having?

Hello,

FiveM crashes on every server I join. This started about 1-2 months ago.
Before that everything worked fine with the same account.

I have tried:

  • Fresh Windows 11 reinstall
  • Fresh GTA V reinstall
  • Fresh FiveM reinstall
  • DDU + NVIDIA driver reinstall
  • Cleared all FiveM cache
  • Updated all motherboard drivers
  • RAM test (no errors)

System:

  • CPU: Intel i7-14700KF
  • GPU: RTX 4070 SUPER
  • RAM: 32GB
  • OS: Windows 11 Pro

Crash details:

  • Crash hash: indigo-monkey-quiet (fivem.exe+101C)
  • Crash report ID: si-fe529c8b24314f0d9cf7f350c9af0d68
  • RockstarID: 290582321

In every crash log I see:
“Dropping duplicate player for netID X (slotID 128)”

This happens on every server including Busted EU.
My friends on the same servers never crash. Only me.

Please help.
