FiveM crashes after a short random time

So FiveM began to crash after a random time, theres no error message or something else. It just crashes.
Before a few weeks it worked just fined but now it just crashes randomly, i cant even get on a server.
Ive tried reinstall GTA V and FiveM multiple times but nothing worked. I even deleted the Game Cache multiple times but with no succes.
GTA V version? 1.0.2189.0
Up to date? Yes!
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Epic Games
Windows version? Windows 10 Home
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes multiple times
