I need help with my crashing fivem

Purchased where - Epic
Windows version:Windows 11 22H2
Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again?:nah
System specifications: I5-10400F RTX3060 16 GB RAM
CitizenFX crash zip file (‘Save information’ on a crash):

What is the issue you’re having? - when i drive fast near water my game crashes (i have transparent water, i tryed with normal water and same issue)

What are you trying to do? - Stop fivem crashing

What have you tried already to fix the issue? - i tryed deleting cache, game-storage
