What did you do to get this issue? Nothing really , I was just driving around in a car on a rp server and got this crash

Probably a custom vehicle issue, the last thing that happened before the crash according to your citizenfx.log was this:

It downloaded towtruck2.ytd which could have caused the crash if the model of towtruck2 is broken.
Also the resource fuel on the server causes a lot of errors in that same log file, might be worth taking a look at that resource or contacting the developer/server owner about it.
October michigan lithium is a crash error that has something to do with a menu, which I believe is the lambda menu
