This problem appear when FiveM crashed once (I can play but if FiveM crash in game, I have to restart the PC to make FiveM work again). I havo no problem with normal GTA V/GTA Online: never crashed, etc… I tried to check my process list but nothing appear like relative to FiveM.
(I can’t use Windows 10: FiveM works good but normal GTA crash)

Fixed, I don’t know how but now it work good and now the game crash only in fullscreen mode (so I play with borderless mode)
