Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Multiple times

System specifications i7-6800K with 32 GB of ddr4-3200 ram, a gtx 970, and 850 watt power supply.
What did you do to get this issue? Nothing really I am just driving around or spawning a car then get this issue. Sometimes, it just randomly happens.
What server did you get this issue on? Every server I have tried so far.
