**What did you do to get this issue?**last time i close fivem normaly and this morning try to start and get this
**What server did you get this issue on?**it didnt happen on server i could not start fivem

**Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?**i dont have any anti-virus
**Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?**yes i try

Also add what you already tried so far. I try to reinstal five m and same error happen also when i was deleting fime m i couldnt delete one file caled TIMER
