I am having an issue since this morning that FiveM thinks its using 100% CPU but when i look in task manager only 23% is being used i have tried to uninstall and reinstall both FiveM and GTA5 im now completely stuck on what it would be as i was getting 80FPS and now only getting 5FPS min and 16FPS max please help i have included screenshot below

those task manager stats make absolutely no sense, have you looked at the individual core utilisation? What does the “Details” tab say? this looks to me like the task manager is actually stuck and not refreshing at all.
the task manager was still adjusting as it should and thats how it normally runs before all this
