Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Windows Defender
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes

What is the issue you’re having? wont open after mini startup window where it says were getting there

What are you trying to do? open fivem

What have you tried already to fix the issue? yes everything, fivem runs in task manager after i try open it even after the mini window, have tried ending it aswell

Happening to me as well, I can occasionally get it to launch by deleting my FiveM cache, and shutting down my Antivirus, but only works sometimes.

Latest fivem update is the cause.
