FiveM Client Masterlist Search tag

In the FiveM Client on start up, i go to the search box and type in police and dozens of servers with police in their title appear. But hang on, the search box suggests tag:police, okay, so I click that and search tag:police and only a few servers appear. None of which have the word tag:police in their title. Nor is the tag:police list as large as the list search for the word police… so? What is a tag? how is it set?
