Hey My name is Plasm, and I am going to be helping you with this issue! Keep in mind I am not a FiveM staff member and simply a volunteer offering advise on this situation.
I see you have already tried reinstalling FiveM and Grand Theft Auto 5 multiple times.
Oh and you have reinstalled you graphics driver.
Alright, so my first tip is this: Reinstall your GPU Display Driver again. But this time select Custom Installation instead of Express Installation. Check every driver to be installed. But before installing, there should be a checkbox somewhere on that screen that says, “Perform A Clean Installation.” Check that box and then install the driver! It will ask you to restart your computer, go ahead and do so!
The next issue I can think of would be Direct X! Go ahead and send me a screenshot of what version of Direct X you are currently using!
You can figure this out by pressing the Win+R keys at the same time! A new window with a text box should pop up. In that text box type the following, “dxdiag” then press enter. A pop up windows should pop up asking if you want to scan for WHQL drivers. You want to select the button that says “Yes” a bigger windows should then open stating information about your pc! ( This includes, How much RAM is installed on the system, Your BIOS version, Your System Model, Your CPU, Your Computer Name/Time/Date!
Go to the very bottom of the window and look for DirectX Version Next, go to your preferred browser and head over to microsoft.com then with microsoft searching tool search for DirectX. Click on Download The Latest DirectX Runtime Package Select your language and press download. Open the installer, click next then uncheck the Install Bing Bar Box! (Assuming you don’t want that, TRUST me you don’t!)
Wait for the installer to finish then click Done/Finish!
**P.S. The error code states something along these lines, FiveM witch is considered a Grand Theft Auto process. Tried to create a Memory Buffer, and it looks like it failed to do so. It also states this might be related to a Corrupted DirectX install. The only way to fix that is to update it!. So try updating DirectX. And let me know what happens! **
Finally if none of that helped, maybe reinstall windows unless you can figure something else out.
Error code fixes with direct x installer
Error code: A newer or equivalent version is already installed
Fix: Sadly you will have to reinstall Windows 7/8.1/10/11 to get rid of DirectX for good!
Any Other Error Codes
Fix: Redownload the installer and try again!
