Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes

Also add what you already tried so far. Nothing, except deleting caches.xml and disabling antivirus.

It seems you didn’t set your GTA V folder correctly. Check the path on your CitizenFX.ini.

I already tried doing that.

well check it again or post your file so we can see it because it clearly isnt pointing at the right path.
