What is the issue you’re having?
Whenever i try to load into some FiveM servers, including the FiveM story mode, I get stuck indefinitely on “commoncrc:/data/levels/gta5/vehicles.meta”

What are you trying to do?
Join a FiveM server

What have you tried already to fix the issue?
Reinstalling FiveM, GTA, Social Club, etc., disabling Windows Defender, verifying cache, installing GTA on a different drive, making FiveM high performance
