It is recommended to delete all mods from your gta folder.
Anyway, can’t see anything else, what needs to be fixed, your problem might get fixed if you use the repair function of steam.
Also try starting gta without FiveM, that way we can be sure if it is FiveM or gta that makes problems.
I uninstalled all mods from GTAV and validated the files, then uninstalled FiveM then reinstalled FiveM, then tried it again and still broke. (this was after I posted this)
