Many people are having the blue fivem with los santos background. No menu’s, servers.
Please help us, with this huge problem

Wrong section first of all, you were instructed to post it under https://forum.cfx.re/c/general-discussion/bug-reports using the template in the same section.
You were also instructed to upload your most recent CitizenFX.log so we could take a look at it to figure out what the cause is for this problem.
Move it over there and fill out the template properly and attach your log file.

so this update just came out? last time i reinstalled was just an hour ago and still blue screen

No luck. My friend said it worked for him when he kept restarting it, and worked on the 5th time. I did that too, only 20 times and not working at all.
do you have other mods installed on fivem
check graphics card drivers?
All graphic drivers are on the latest version. It broke the game after the update.
most of us with this problem have tried everything on the internet to try and fix the problem. for some it works, others arent so lucky. as for me, ive completely deleted both gta and fivem and the problem has yet to go away. waiting on gta to complete download right now and ill redownload fivem as well and see if anything has changed.
If solution in other thread doesnt help you, try enter that in the cmd.exe
