FiveM Blocked my server... Can anyone help me?

Yesterday I created a topic here to try to unlock my server, but a moderator said that I would only be able to release it by sending a few things to the email support@fivem.net, I sent it yesterday at 17h and still nothing, I didn’t have any answer about my mistake … Can anyone help me?
