What’s your audio device and are you using any third-party audio software, like equalizers?

I do use the Elgato wave link however I am not sure that was the cause. It went away as fast as it came. The next morning I woke up and my game was working just fine. It was not simply restarting my computer since I had restarted my PC multiple times to fix the issue. The issue resolved itself and I have no clue why.
