What did you do to get this issue? When I opened FiveM.exe it went through the normal process, having to update the files as prompted. I went through, and after some time showed me the first screenshot. I clicked retry and the second happened.
What server did you get this issue on? No server

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? No

Also add what you already tried so far.
I cleaned what I know of for modifications in the folder, which happened to only be Menyoo

I am having the exact same issue, but I am using a fresh install of gta v from steam. driving me nuts.

I know right. I’m just really irritated with the time that its taking. No hate towards the devs and moderators, im just frustrated.

Trying to just have some fun on servers and I technically wasted an entire day sitting at my computer with this tab open, and not anything getting done.

yea man, same. I had it on console for years, literally bought on steam just to mess with RP. But they offer a free service and it is a Saturday night, so we can be patient I suppose. lol

Try validating your game files and make sure Visual C++ is up to date

Am I supposed to start GTA first before all this? Is there some really easy thing I’m missing?
I opened steam and I have my FIVEM folder in my D:\ drive and my GTA 5 is also in that drive. I simply just run the program, then I click to update it, showing that after

I finally got mine to work! I ran the set up in safe mode with networking and it finally completed. Give it a try!
