Also add what you already tried so far. i tried re-installing FiveM and gta, i tried running story mode, and i tried putting it into the game directory.

I’ve also heard that if you load into GTAV Singleplayer, it’ll force update the game and re-download/download any missing or corrupted DLC files Give it all a try and let us know if it fixed it for ya!
