Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes
Also add what you already tried so far.
I reinstalled the client 5 times, without Anti-virus.
Tried different path folder and still not working.

Follow the instructions given in the errors. Make sure your FiveM.exe isn’t ran under Administrator
The checkmark on the bottom should be unchecked as show above. Also DON’T right click → Run As Administrator
