yes there is, its in the cache folder.

post a screenshot of your FiveM Application Data Folder.

I gurantee you its there or its in your appdata which you can go to by typeing %appdata% into your start menu.

i tried to delete the caches.xml and try again but it still wont work its the same error

your caches.xml is right there in the screenshot… delete it and see what it does, your CitizenFx.log file is also shown in that screenshot, upload it to here.

I dont understand how you dont see it?
