Five M doesn't seem to launch, grey screen?

So basically I just installed GTA V earlier today and Ive played like 2 hours of GTA Online already after Five M was downloaded. When I launch Five M theres just a grey popup screen with a cursor and some synthwave music playing and thats it. FiveM Singleplayer seems to work.

6GB RAM
GPU: GTX 1050m or 1650m, Didn’t bother to check, I know this isnt a issue.
What did you do to get this issue?
Simply launch the “Multiplayer” executable.
What server did you get this issue on?

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.
I tried playing GTA Online for a while if it would fix it and no.
